Online Continuing Education Courses for Contractors, Inspectors, Electricians and Architects, including the Advanced Module requirements for contractors and architects
For Contractors and Inspectors: All courses have been approved by your licensing boards. We offer everything you need in one 14 hour package, meeting the full requirements for CILB, ECLB and BCAIB licensees. For Architects we can provide 14 of your required 20 hours of CE credit including a 2 hour ADVANCED MODULE building code course. For Engineering Board Licensees: All courses are approved for Area of Practice (AOP).
Our courses include: 2 hrs Advanced Module Requirement, 2 hrs Laws and Rules(CILB & BCAIB), 2 hrs Accessibility(Advanced & AOA), 1 hr OSHA, 1 hr Worker's Compensation, 1 hr Business Practices, 1 hr Wind Mitigation, 7 hrs (T) Technical CE for Electrical Contractors and the new 1 hour Ethics Training for BCAIB Licensees.

Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent Examination
The Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination was developed by the North American Securities Administrators Association, Inc. ("NASAA") in cooperation with representatives of the securities industry and industry associations. The examination, called the Series 63 exam, is designed to qualify candidates as securities agents. The examination entities candidates to sell securities and give investment advice in those states that require Series 63 registration.

Mortgage Broker 14 Hour Online Course
14 Hour Mortgage Broker Continuing Education Online Course.
All Mortgage Brokers, Loan Originators, and Principal Representatives must complete 14-hour of continuing professional education every two years.
Licensed Mortgage Brokers must complete this requirement prior to the August 31, 2009 renewal deadline. Principal Representatives, Loan Originators, and Associates of Licensed Lenders must complete their hours prior to August 31, 2010.
