Inspectors, Property Managers, and Contractors are becoming increasingly aware of the problems that mold is causing and the risk it poses to both the public and the professional who is charged with the responsibility of management.  While currently unregulated,  this intensive 3 day program is designed for the Real Estate, Inspection, or Construction Professional who needs to understand  state of the art  industry standards and how to apply them.  Day One focuses on how to evaluate and respond; Day Two on how to test; and Day Three on how to properly remediate. Upon completion, an individual will be able to evaluate, test, and remediate in accordance with protocols of an accredited laboratory. Take any one, or all 3 days, depending on your specific needs.
