CAM > Continuing Education

Cam licensees are required to complete 20 hours of approved continuing education courses prior to the expiration of their license on September 30, 2010. Rule 61-20.508(3), F.A.C, dictates the following specific requirements:

2009 Legal Update Seminar (Should have been completed by September 30, 2009)
2010 Legal Update Seminar (Now available!)
4 hours on the operation of the association's physical property
4 hours of Insurance/Financial Management
4 hours on Human Resources
4 additional hours from any of the above areas

Note: Students will not receive credit for completing the identical course more than once during the same renewal period.
