Residential Sales Comparison and Income Applications 30-Hours
This is a Pre-certification course for the State Certified Residential applicant and can be used for part of the Post-license requirements for Registered Trainee appraisers. With the aid of case studies, students will develop and apply the techniques for market analysis, including the application and use of matched pairs and capitalization rates and gross rental multipliers. This is a Pre-certification course for the State Certified Residential applicant and can be used for part of the Post-license requirements for Registered Trainee appraisers. Residential Site Valuation & Cost Approach 15-Hours
This is a Pre-certification course for the State Certified Residential applicant and can be used for part of the Post-license requirements for Registered Trainee appraisers. Statistics, Modeling & Finance 15-Hours
This is a Pre-certification course for the State Certified Residential applicant and can be used for part of the Post-license requirements for Registered Trainee appraisers. The course incorporates the use of statistics into appraisals. It provides both the theory and practice of statistics, real estate finance, and valuation modeling for todays residential appraiser. Advanced Residential Applications & Case Studies 15-Hours
