Florida law requires Registered, Licensed and State Certified Appraisers, licensed prior to November 30, 2009, to complete 30 hours of state approved continuing education before November 30, 2010.

Our convenient and flexible modular scheduling allows students to complete the full 30 hour requirement over four days, or complete only the modules you need, at your own pace.

17-Mastering Unique & Complex Appraisals

With the aid of case studies, students will develop and apply the techniques for market analysis, including the application and use of matched pairs and capitalization rates and gross rental multipliers. Students must have a financial calculator. HP 17bII+ is demonstrated in class. Approval Letter

7-Hour USPAP Update
The Appraisal Foundation’s National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) update course, focuses on recent changes to USPAP requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers. It also includes information intended to clarify some commonly misunderstood aspects of USPAP. This course is taught by AQB Certified Instructors. Please note that tuition includes the USPAP 7 Hour National Course Student Manual. Students must also posess and bring to class a current edition of the USPAP (2010/2011). You may bring your own copy, or purchase one at Gold Coast for $75. Approval Letter

3-Hour Florida Law
Every year there are changes made to Chapter 475, Part II, Florida Statutes, and the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board Rules.  This course is designed to fulfill the state requirement to maintain your license or to take the Florida State Certification exams.  This course is also required for Post-Licensing  (In class only) and/or Continuing Education for license renewal. 3-Hour Supervisor/Trainee Roles & Relationships
Every year there are changes made to Chapter 475, Part II, Florida Statutes, and the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board Rules.  This course is designed to fulfill the state requirement to maintain your license or to take the Florida State Certification exams. Approval Letter
