Basic Appraisal Principles (30 Hours)
This is a Pre-certification course for the Trainee applicant that provides an overview of real property concepts and characteristics, legal consideration, value influences, real estate finance, types of value, economic principles, real estate markets and analysis, and ethics in appraisal practice. Students must have a financial calculator. HP 17bII+ is demonstrated in class. Approval Letter Course Schedules

This is a Pre-certification course for the Trainee applicant that provides an overview of real estate appraisal approaches to valuation procedures. Through theory, case studies, and examples, the course offers practical application of appraisal procedures. Students must have a financial calculator. HP 17bII+ is demonstrated in class. Residential Report Writing (15-Hours)
This is a Pre-certification course for the Trainee & State Certified Residential applicant that introduces how to use the various residential forms and reports for the appraisal. Through theory and hands-on examples of appraisal processes, the course will provide practical application of real estate appraisal procedures. Approval Letter Course Schedules
USPAP National Course (15-Hours)
This course is designed to comply with USPAP requirements for all appraisers and it highlights the role of the competent appraiser. Participants will learn how requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice affect their appraisal businesses. These courses are taught by AQB Certified Instructors. Please note that tuition includes the USPAP 15 Hour National Course Student Manual. Students must also posess and bring to class a current edition of the USPAP (2010/2011). State of Florida Law and Appraisers (15-Hours)
This is a Pre-certification course for the Trainee applicant that covers the required minimum 6 hours of Florida Law, Rules, and Regulation that pertain to the practice of appraisal. It also covers the required minimum of 3 hours of the Roles and Rules of Supervisor and Trainee appraisers. Also are case studies on the relationship of requirements, in the State of Florida Laws, Rules, and USPAP to the appraisal process and reporting.
