At Gold Coast we appreciate the referral of your friends and colleagues. Our referral program offers a variety of incentives and discounts that benefit both the new student and the customer who has provided the referral. The program is divided into two categories: student referrals and broker referrals.
Student Referrals
Refer a friend to class with our student referral card. The new student will receive a discount off of any real estate sales associate pre-license class. The referrer will receive a referral credit that can be used for future classes. 1 referral credit equals a free continuing education class. 5 referral credits equals a free pre-license, post-license, or mortgage broker course.
Broker Referrals
Gold Coast has a three-tiered program to help brokers recruit new associates, and to thank brokers for trusting Gold Coast with their referral business.
