Real Estate: Cram Class

Course Description: This is an intensive review of all the material and law for Brokers and Sales Associates preparing to take the state exam. This program is designed with one purpose: to help you pass the state exam! Included in the program is a GOLD COAST "1001 Question & Answer Workbook" designed to condense the subject matter into the most important aspects of the State exam. Also included is a special Friday afternoon math review.

Students are asked to complete all cram materials at least 3 times prior to attending the cram course. Students who did not take the pre-license course with Gold Coast are asked to please pick up your materials early so that you have adequate time to prepare.

Sales Associate: Friday 1:00pm-4:30pm Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-4:30pm

Broker: Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm

Tuition is $199 and has proven to be the best investment that students who are serious about passing the state exam can make. (There are no refunds for this course).
