Real Estate Owned (REO) property management presents a new and very necessary opportunity to expand into new business areas using your existing licenses. (REO) properties are not your typical construction jobs, and managing these assets requires familiarity with the specialized requirements and reports for the banks.

If you want to get the contracts and make money from the banks who are desperately trying to fix and sell (REO) Properties, this course is going to give you the tools you need to do so.
