CAM: Continuing Education

Gold Coast is the leading provider of CAM continuing education in Florida.  Our courses can be taken in class or by correspondence. Online classes are coming soon! All versions of these course are state approved for continuing education credit, and have been designed to provide useful information with real world application. 

As you refer to our requirements tab for CAM continuing education, we like to encourage managers such as yourself to complete their continuing education as soon as possible and not procrastinate until the expiration deadline and put their licenses at risk of being cancelled.  These deadlines can sneak up on managers at inconvenient moments in their lives, and the state makes no exceptions for failing to meet the continuing education requirement in its entirety.

Proceed to Requirements:

CAM licensees are required to complete 20 hours of state approved continuing education courses prior to the expiration of their license on September 30, 2012.

Specific requirements include:

• 2 Hours: 2011 Legal Update seminar (Must be completed by 9/30/11)
• 2 Hours: 2012 Legal Update seminar (Available in 2012)
• 4 Hours: The Operation of The Association’s Physical Property
• 4 Hours: Insurance of Financial Management
• 4 Hours: Human Resources Available Now
• 4 Hours: Additional hours of approved continuing education courses Available Now

The total 20 hours can be achieved through either our classroom or correspondence courses.

Select a Course Example: 63-Hour Sales Associate License Course

Choose a Location Example: West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, North Dade, etc.

Select Type of Class Example: 7-day class, 4 week evening class, etc.

Select a Date Example: 2/14/2011, 6/20/2011, 11/24/2011, 12/12/2011, etc.

Fulfill your required Continuing Education Courses with the following in-class courses

• 2 Hours: 2011 Legal Update Seminar ($35)
• 4 Hours: Creating Effective Board of Directors ($40)
• 4 Hours: Manager under Stress ($40)
  * Human Resource Hours

Total 10 hours - Tuition $99.00 (If bought as a package)

Our CAM continuing education correspondence courses can be completed from the convenience of your own home by downloading them here.  Simply complete the course and payment is due when your answer sheets are submitted for grading.
